STUDENT EXPERIENCE

First Day Guide

New students receive a comprehensive first-day orientation, covering facility tours, safety instructions, meet-the-horse time, and introductory riding tips to make them feel comfortable and prepared.

Rider Progression Path

We offer a clear progression system where students can advance through defined levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced) based on skill development, practice hours, and instructor assessments.

Riding Attire Suggestions

Students are advised to wear long pants, closed-toe shoes with a heel, and fitted shirts. Helmets are provided or may be purchased. Attire guidelines ensure both comfort and safety during lessons.

Parental Involvement (for kids)

Parents are welcome to observe and support their children’s progress. We offer regular updates, photo days, and involvement opportunities during lessons and events to enhance the family experience.

Rider Record Book / Certificates

Each student receives a personalized rider record book to track their learning journey. Upon completion of key stages, students are awarded certificates to celebrate their progress and achievements.
